Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY (Edited)

ALL RESERVATIONS: Depart per scheduled time. Any late arrivals or no shows will NOT be refunded. If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must call at least 72h in advance. If not done within that time frame you will lose your reservation deposit (NO REFUNDS) and the possibility of re-scheduling for another date.

YACHT & BOAT RENTALS: Reservation Deposits are Non-Refundable. No cancellations.

SAME DAY RESERVATIONS FOR ANY SERVICE STATED ABOVE: If you are making a reservation for the same day, or outside of our policy stated above, client accepts there are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RE-SCHEDULING.

SAME DAY = FINAL SALE!!

Weather Conditions: Rainy or cloudy weather will not affect your reservation. Winds over 30 knots will be a reason to cancel; in this case, the reservation may be re-scheduled or refunded.

Cupid's Yacht: Once a reservation has been confirmed and the marina and crew have been scheduled, additional fees may apply for any changes or cancellations, even if requested within the 72-hour period.
